One anti-gay quote in the Old Testament:

“Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.” -Leviticus 18:22

Five times homosexuality was acknowledged in the New Testament with no questioning:

Ruth 1:16-17

“Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if anything but death separates you and me.”

1 Samuel 18:1

Jonathan became one in spirit with David and he loved him as himself.”
”The soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul.”

1 Samuel 18:3-4

“And Jonathan made a covenant with David because he loved him as himself. Jonathan took off the robe he was wearing and gave it to David, along with his tunic, and even his sword, his bow and his belt.”

1 Samuel 20:41

“After the boy had gone, David got up from the south side of the stone and bowed down before Jonathan three times, with is face to the ground. Then they kissed each other and wept together - but David wept the most.”

2 Samuel 1:26

“I grieve for you, Jonathan my brother; you were very dear to me. Your love for me was wonderful, more wonderful than that of women.”

I find religion really interesting. I don’t believe in any god, but I believe in the power of religion. I find that religious people seem to be a lot happier, because they have the capability to fall back on their faith. They know (for the most part, I’m obviously speaking mostly of christianity and other religions that present a peaceful afterlife) that they will eventually be happy, as long as they’re good people. (i.e. You’ll go to heaven if you keep from sinning.) while someone who isn’t religious doesn’t have a crutch. It’s a lot easier to believe that the misery won’t end. So, as I said, I’m not a Christian. But, most of the time, I kinda wish I was.

• the way it actually feels to be alone
• working as hard as you possibly can in school and still not getting perfect grades
• when you have to poop as soon as you get to school so you have to wait aaaaallllllll day until you get home until you can actually poop
• not being able to show people that at heart you are a goth princess
